Nowboicha College, Located in Lakhimpur District of Assam, is a provincialized co-educational institution of higher education. This institution was established in 1985 by some eminent persons of this locality receiving full co-operation from the people of Nowboicha Assembly Constituency, the second largest assembly constituency of Assam. It is well infrastructure with modern amenities within a lush green campus surrounded by nice and calm atmosphere. The College is affiliated to Dibrugarh University and provincialized by the Govt. of Assam. It offers several undergraduate courses in Arts Faculty.
