College Library & Library Rules:
Though the College Library is in initial stage, yet it is equipped with substantial number of books and journals to satisfy curriculum, researches and other references

Week Days : 9 A.M.-4P.M.
Saturday Days : 9 A.M.-2P.M.
Issue Time : 10 A.M.-2P.M.

Hostel & Boarding And Mess Facilities :
The College have a 20 Seated ‘Nowboicha College Girls Hostel’ . Now, construction for extention of the existing hostel building is on progress. There are many Private Girls’ Hostels and Boys’ Hostels and Private Messes for Boys run by private bodies. They render best services to the college students. They are within one and half K.M. range from the college.

Scholarship:
1. Central National Scholarship (on all India basis)
2. State Merit Scholarship (on all Assam basis)
3. Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes Scholarships.
4. O.B.C./M.O.B.C. scholarships.
In addition to the above mentioned scholarships there are provisions of prize money for the student who secured good marks in the major subjects and in the College Examinations.

Students' Association:
The Nowboicha College Student’s Union (NCSU) is the general body of the students of the college. Its membership is compulsory for every year regular students of the college. Except NCSU, no other Students’ Association/Unions are recognized by the college.

College Identity Card:
All the college students are to receive their college Identity Cards at the time of Admission. Hanging type Identity Cards will be provided to the students so that they can keep it hanging from the neck . They should keep it at any moment within the college campus.

From 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
(On all week days excepting half holidays)
